Worst Customer Service from the store.I would never recommend this place as they won’t help with faulty products. They keep on sending faulty items for service but would not reimburse/ refund for the faulty product.Rude customer representative at store who will push you to buy product but when it comes to resolving issues they will say it’s not in their hands to replace faulty item it will have to go to the service team.There are so many better stores out there with better policies who at least listen to their customer and replace the faulty products. I wish I never bought a steamer worth $700 here just to visit the store again and again for the stupid service that never fix the problem.If you have enough time/money to waste on their faulty products and stupid service policies then go ahead to shop otherwise I would never recommend this store to anyone.

My father purchased from your store on May 26th at 11.17am.Receipt detailsTrans ref: 15300200006943Invoice: 153002003188He came in asking if the store sold bags for his wet/dry Vax VX40. He was sold bags for $14.99. Upon returning home he opened the packaging to find the bag did not fit his vacuum. He returned to the store today, May 30th around lunch time to be told by a very unpleasent woman that he could not return the bags because he had opened the packaging. Is this a joke? He was however told by the same woman that he could actually return them if he purchased something else..? He did not want anything else so was forced to leave the store with bags that are useless to him. Your receipt states that you are actually entitled to a refund. Fancy trying to take advantage of a 71 year old man all for the sake of $14.99. My parents are on one pension. I'm a really disgusted by the customer service and as a retail manager myself I can tell you that tricking or confusing people about their rights is not the right way to build a genuine connection with a customer who will return to your business again.

Pushy staff try to make you buy bagged vacuums to keep a steady income stream. Assumed I didnt know anything about vacuums because I am male. I have over 15 years experience in commercial and residential cleaning, probably have more time behind a vacuum than all the staff combined, but they talked down to me anyway. Very small range of vacuums for a dedicated shop, go to a Good Guys or something, dont waste your time being condescended to and pressured into an obsolete bagged vacuum

Customer service is very nice when you go to purchase something. However, when that expensive product became faulty within days they refused to refund saying they don’t have any refund policy. Its shame. Sent our expensive product for servicing twice within days but they aren’t refunding.

Worst customer service received ever.We bought Wertheim steamer for $700 from this store that didn’t even last 2 weeks. Returned to the store and asked why it stopped working and the store lady told me we will send it for service to fix the problem but it will take 5 weeks to come back.Obviously I was annoyed that after spending this much money I was given a rubbish product. Store lady promised me if it didn’t get fix they will give a store credit but can’t refund the money. WowStill we agreed and went ahead with the service option. So, after 5 weeks steamer came back after the service and we tested and it stopped working the same day. It has exactly the same problem that was there 5 weeks ago before service.My husband went to the store again hoping we can exchange this rubbish product with something else if not a cash refund. But again the store lady told they have to send it for service again. So, we are here again without steam mop for another 4-5 weeks.Don’t give your customer false hopes and false promises that you can’t make or if things are not in your hands. When you want to sell the product you are too sweet with words but when there is problem you don’t even want to listen them.I would NEVER visit this store again and won’t recommend it to anyone.
